Number three just entered our family! Mom and baby are healthy. My riding time has now decreased significantly but its all in due course.
I have been taking the other two in the Burly bike trailer this past week for some riding and its great exercise and bonding.

How many kids do other WW have and how do you find time to ride?

I think I have two kids but I'll check after I've cleaned the bikes.

I have three 2, 4 and 6 years old, and the short answer to your question about riding is I don't well not really not like in the old days.
My advice is buy some good lights and get out whenever you can without detracting from your fatherley responsibilities.

Here's my crew. The oldest is wife's but I still claim her ;)

I ride as much as I am able. I usually get a ride in on Tues/Thursday with my regular group. And then I'll go out on a longer solo ride on the weekends. And if I ever miss out on a ride due to family issues or weather I'll make up for it by going to spin class on M-Th night or Sat morning.

With kids it is so ironic that for my "break" I go slaughter my body for 2-3 hours on bike rides in exchange for waking up early and going to bed later.
Three is fun but hard work. My wife is amazingly supporting of my WW spending and riding habits. Its good to know others are in the same boat.

Congrats- what a beautiful family.

My kids are excited about CX racing coming up because its by the house, dad gets real muddy and they can ring cow bells. They came to a TT this year and were bored out of their minds!

Thanks!

I've got high hopes for the oldest. She seems really athletic. Loves to run, swim and ride her bike. So I may have a triathelete on my hands.

The middle child can't seem to figure out that you have to continuously rotate the pedals in the same direction to propell yourself forward.

And the youngest, my boy (just turned 1 yr old), seems to be built more like a linebacker than a cyclist. We'll see what happens there. :)
