My CX bike is nearly ready, only need a chain and switch the tires.

I changed
The fork, from steel to carbon.
The STI set from 9 speed Ultegra to 10 speed.
The seatpost from Woodman alu to Ritchey pro carbon.
The saddle from tuned SLR to a white SLR.
The brake cables from normal Shimano to Nokon.
The wheels from Ksyrium SL to Fulcrum racing 3.
The steerer from Ritchey cheap to Deda Anatomic 250.

Total weight is 8,4 kg

He's using an old rear brake cable hanger (this kind that hung off the seat post collar's bolt) to hang the front brake cable. If you do this you may need to file down the area on the hanger where the bolt goes through so it sits properly under the stem's front plate. This is very light alternative and allows you to get your stem lower. Note, if you use a long stem, this set up is not the best.

You're right Stolichnaya.
Stem length is 130mm, and the cable guide is hanging pretty vertical above the brakes.

I'm looking for a FSA headset with integrated cable guide.
