Yes they exist. You might try PM'ing Madcow and asking him what the best method for contacting Cycle Dynamics is.

The best way we found to contact them was in the evening. We placed repeated calls & eventually got through. Initially they sent the wrong spacers so we had to go through the whole routine again but it worked. They were good about sending the parts once we got through.
