The shop I work at in Cardiff is doing some race support, I may be dragged alone! Keep your eyes open for the guys from Tredz.

Legs just about recovered. Weather ok in the end but stupidly I was dehydrated from the start (cider from the previous night!?) and ran out of water very quickly. Some of the draggy hills were a bit annoying but the Blwch and Rhigos were fine for me.
Who was the fella riding Lightweights, anyone from here?

not me on LWs but was there. Broke my front mech and rode the last 60km on the 53 ring. Thought my legs would fall off when it came to little steep 'nip' in the dunes near the end. I thought I did OK, 6.20 for 200km

just seen my official time (6.20 was my computer time). 6.25, I spent less time wrestling with a jammed chain and mangled front mech that I thought. and those bloody red lights!
I should be quicker next year, I'm still on my recovery from being sick last summer.
still quite happy tho. I felt very silly going up the Bwlch second time around on the 53 ring.
