The spindle is aluminum, is that going to hold up? i would rather stick to a steel or a Ti spindle, i am 184 lbs. i dont want to compromise strength for weight

what do you think?

I'm 190lbs right now, and I use one without problems on a bike I do hilly double centuries on in 11 1/2 hours.

If your worried about Al, the Pazzaz CroMo BB was my next choice, 10gms heavier than the FRM.

BB shell size is 68 mm, spindle length depends on the crankset and should be written in its manual.

I would go to light-bikes.com or Tri Zombies. With Stan's you'll pay sales tax.
