bike-palast: any bad experience?

More than a month ago a ordered some stuff at www.bike-palast.com and paid in advance. After several emails from my site asking if the order will ever be send I've received a couple of "promises". However nothing received so for unfortunately...
I've ordered a couple times before at bike-palast without any hassle. But after waiting one month am I naïf to think the stuff will never delivered?

have had same experience when i ordere my Bora Ultras, it took them 2 more month than expected, same story when i ordere some tubulars... it takes the ages to ship, but the rpice is good!

I have ordered there once, it only took two days before I received the package shipped to Denmark.
