ANy software for detailed map creation with GPS?

Already have the gps but I do not find yet a strong enough software in order to make maps like this one.

Anyone know?

What about the adobe tour tracker can we buy it?

My guess is that these graphs are done by a graphics pro using several programs. Some hints:

- You might take look at bikeXperience or one of the other training softwares which import data. There is also an app called HRMProfil which specializes in profiles like that, bt I thing it is German only.

- if you need more, use a graphics app (Freehand, Illustrator ... or whatever) to pimp your graph.

Yeah, illustrator or photoshop to make the chart look "pretty" but getting the 3d plot that is accurate probaby came from excel, mathematica, etc.

normal polar would work perfectly, just turn the other graphs off and copy paste it into photoshop.

You can do it in Illustrator. You will have to tweak the graph after it has been made to give it that "3D Loock". I am not sure how Excel does with the asthetics of the graph, but I am sure it is nothing special. Mathematica is far too advanced for me.

You can't (at least it is not trivial). The aforementioned HRMProfil has a function to import GPS data.
