Use of the word spandex renders the entire list redundant as clearly it was created by an American, so regardless of the rest of the content it unfortunately cannot be adhered to. Everyone knows Americans will never be "pro". Shame really.

I think the MOST IMPORTANT rule is missing:

#56 or so: Valve caps are absolutely forbidden. Riding with valve caps is about the worst offence known.

- 57 Riding with a non carbon shoe is totally forbidden,one can only ride
with Sidi, the penalty is that you have to ride the next stage on
slippers with spd cleats and pedals

Even with eight years in a row and then eight more Americans can't be "pro". There's certainly some who follow the code of conduct pretty well but still...no...
