Carving in a XTR M95x cranks?

411 grams ready to run but I will squeeze out a little more, want to see 399 gr.

Thanks for the BB tips, I will widen my search a more, priority 1 is low weight, durability is second because I can´t use all my 5 bikes everyday.

Great tip, 171 grams are not bad, what´s the thread I have on my MTB?
Roadies uses a little different threads?
I need 73-113 or something like that.

dura-ace was made in two versions. one is for wide bb shell /70mm i think/ and has italian thread /won't work with mtb frame/. second one, which i have is 68mm wide and has the kind of thread that all mtb bb's have.

how wide is your bb shell?

Unfornutately I drive GT´s with 73mm shells them all.

BUT I have little plans in my head that involves 952 axles and other cups for sealed bearings like them in integrated cranksets.

I managed to get the crankset to 401 grams.
Not too bad for adesign that´s nearly 10 years old.
They´re stiff too in standard form, in tuned form quite stiff I think.

I don't know is this a good place to ask,but i have a question about XTR 952 cranks and BB for them. I have one of those and BB-M5500. It's a road BB and it should work with those cranks,but i didn't work good. Left crank arm is moving a little bit when I push harder and sounds horrible. Whats the good BB alternative for that crank( XTR 95x BB,or some other road one)??

I also ground off the sharp edges on my M952 cranks. I'm running 1x9 with a 30t from HBC and an Ultegra BB.

Weight and stiffness are excellent for the $$.

I have XTR 952 Crank arms and i would like to buy Dura Ace BB,is this a good choice?? Will be working good??
