Is the rear tune hubs campa/shimano interchangeable like DT swiss anyone know?

the body (like mavic) is exchangealble (like mavic) but as far as I can remember it ain't cheap.

Sharkman is right.

They are interchangeable, but you also have to replace bearing and/or the axle. That's why it's not that cheap.
