Ti bits

I'd like to know where to get a titanium stem cap. I have a ti stem but no cap. I guess I could use a Chris King pewter colored one, or a CK ti one. Is there anything else out there?

Also, are there ti shims? I've never seen any. (This is the least of my worries, actually, but I thought I'd ask.)

And finally, can anyone recommend ti headset spacers? I know Seven or Moots make them....

I bought moots' headset spacers, but only 20mm left (I bought the last 5mm):
