I recently sent an inquiry to Cat-Cheetah regarding availability of their carbon cranks for a Campagnolo Record 10 bottom bracket.
Here is their response:

Hi Warren
Sorry but several people have reported that our cranks do not sit well on
Campagnolo axles bought outside of Europe. The cone seems to be a little
different on the Campagnolo axles / bottom brackets bought in the USA.
The box may say "made in Italy" but this does not seem to be the case, as
we have no problems with genuine Italian Campagnolo bottom brackets.

Has anyone else heard of this issue?

I bought some campy compatible carbon cranks from a guy called carbon lord on RoadbikeReview (they were basically FSA crank without the stickers) and I had the same problem. The cranks kept coming loose at the BB. Ended up using and ISIS BB and had no problems since.

Did you purchase the CarbonLord cranks with the carbon spider?
I have looked into these as well.

What are your thoughts on the quality/value of these cranks?

Hey nikh the link didn't work. I would not recomend his cranks. All of his cranks are FSA's with no labels and the ones I bought were not clear coated (no carbon spider, bought them 2 years ago). My cranks required a little modification. When I received them and put the chainrings on the chainring was not flat on the spider. In other words when standing over the bike and turning the cranks you could see that the rings had a "bump" in them. If left it could cause problems such as chain slip. I my case I actually had a chain come of the large chainring. I had to file the area where the chainrings and spider are bolted together to get them to work properly. Since these are FSA cranks (I know they are because the bolt they came with said FSA on it) I wonder if these were cranks that did not meet in house QA/QC reqirements and this guy Carbon Lord has gotten them some how. I might be wrong though and just got a bad crank. He does say there is a life time warrenty, but I am not sure from who?
