I love this bike, since you asked in a topic which frame to get, i love the match of the frame and the fork. Bora's are always hot.

this is one of the first times I've seen a DA crank with record that doesn't look to bad!

I LOVE Vittoria KX's!
This board would be MUCH nicer if everybody would just chill out.

You DA crank looks lovely, can we have a close up? You've polished it, haven't you? Any reason for the DA crank over a Campy UT one?

Thanks. It´s a shitty job polishing them. I can post a pic when I have the cranks buffed up again. Right now they are not macro worthy. :wink:

I bought the DA in 2004, as they IMHO was a better choise than the 2004 Campa. Last year I bought the ceramic BB and has been very satisfied with the whole crank/BB system, so I´ll just keep it instead of using a lot of money on something that´s not better. (But tremendously nice to look at...).

Besides, the Campa is lighter. That way I´ll have to put on something heavier somewhere else with regards to the stupid 6.8 kg rule.

Would red crankbolts look better?

If thats a gold chain on there get some gold bolt, if not black ones would look sweet aswell. the gold ones will bring out the chain, it has on my TT bike.

Hi again, I have alreaddy said congratulation on your new titan-beauty over at FWB.

But I would like to know if you know how the Corima brakepads performs on the Bora (I think they look blue so I guess the are Corima..???) If they are not what are they then and how do they perform?

Thanks!

PS: Have you weighted you Bora wheels? Mine weights 1350 g :cry:

Thanks. You too :wink:

@Giant DK
It´s not Corima pads. It´s Green Swissstops. Don´t worry, they´re for the Protons.

Mine weighs in at 1320 grams, but I´ll get some Ceramic Speed balls soon, so 1315g is a good guess.
