I can't find a single thing on the net about Crumpton Cycles. Sorry, but you post a half picture and a link to web site that isn't up. Sounds a little fishy to me.

I have been building custom steel frames in the Austin area for 8 years. I have been developing this carbon process for 2 years. Not asking you to buy one, just sharing it with folks who might be interested.

Just pointing out there are alot of scams out there. Everyone in this forum is well aware of the "Fly Sports" scam. This was a company that claimed to have built all kinds of bikes as well as a new great light weight crank set. But of course it was nothing but a scam.

I don't mean to offend you, but we are all very wary of new products that claim to be great, but have no foundation or proof of there actual existance.

If you have been building bikes for 8 year, then show us your stuff. We are all interested in seeing what you have....just a bit skeptical at first.

indeed, i have seen many scams, but i am intrested in looking at your products. custom is always good. can i see more pictures of that frame, you showed us on top?

even tho $2500 for a frame is out of my league.

MTB?? Absolutely. I plan on a sub 1,350 gram hardtail if that doesn’t scare to many people.

If you are in Austin, give a call for a test. Otherwise keep in touch via email and I can let you know when one arrives in your area.

Are you planning on doing custom only???

the pics look sweet. Didn't mean to bust your chops to much earlier, just wanted to know what was up.

How about some specs on the bikes? Looks like your running an aluminum collar in the seat tube for the clamp??

Thanks!!!

Road is custom only at the moment. MTB will be stock starting with 15", 17" and 19" with 13" and 21" to follow if things go well. Pricing on the MTB is not set but should be very competitive and well below USD $2k retail.

So might I ask, do the weight weenies prefer canti’s or disk?

Yes, any after market 34.9-35mm clamp will fit the seat tube. Same for front der attachment.
