I wonder if Pina makes a black fork for that frame? Nick? I've been staring at this bike for some time now... and am really liking it...

Last year's model had a black fork, all the 2007 frames come with painted forks. I feel it's an unfortunate decision on Pinarello's part. You can probably get a black fork as a spare, but they aren't cheap...

the first thought that popped into my head was a quote from Ferris Bueller's Day Off "I must say, I love driving it. It is so choice. If you have to means to pick one up, I highly recommend it." And he was taking about a Ferrari 250 GT California, so I think that means your bike is pretty incredible.

and, i have to disagree with giantdk - that is the only bike i have ever seen the bontrager carbon stem on that i actually liked it on there. nice build.

Thanks Lance. I changed wheels before I rode this am to a set of LW's. I did 55 miles on it and it rode PERFECT. Identical ride compared to my Meivici. Carbon is the bomb.

PS Why does everybody hate the Bontrage stem?

160 miles over the last three days and the ride quality is as good as it gets. Updated pictures with the LW's
