Hi there, New here, came over from the Serotta forum. Thought I might post a PIC of my Crown Jewel SE.

This is my IF Crown Jewel SE with Columbus Foco tubing. 3500 miles since purchased and just cleaned up for pics. Of all the bikes I have/had this is the only keeper so far. Geometry/angles similar to Pegs and the Tig welds imho the best in the industry, along with Pegoretti.

SB
PS: Will post a couple PICS of my New Pegoretti Duende soon, which may sell because so similar to my IF.

Not everyone has a Ferrari in their garrage but its still nice that they take pride in their Camero. (Not that there is anything AT ALL low quality about an Independent Fabrications frame.)

Looks like a nice bike to me. I have an IF and think their workmanship is great. I'm actually thinking of a steel IF as a weenie project for next year.

Just because this is weight weenies doesn't mean that we can't appreciate other bikes for what they are. This one is personal (e.g. Brooks saddle) and not some factory lightweight.

IMFORMATION: Columbus Foco tubing is one of the lightest tube sets out there. This is a one of a kind made by IF and they do the best tig welds in the industry, along with Pegoretti. This is a 60cm frame and weighs 1763 grams, pretty light for a large steel frame. Complete bike is just under 19 lbs, thats with the brooks saddle, Ultegra components, and thats how I like it. I could easily get this down close to 17 lbs with highend stuff if I wanted. Been in the bike biz for 17 years.
