WHY! WHY DID IT HAVE TO COME TO THIS! WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Will as much as I hate Giant maybe I can learn to accept them. I'm just worried about Ullirch riding a frame that he'll crack in two the first time he gets out of the saddle. Plus he's now riding Dura Ace, he's been on Campy his whole carrear, hope this doesn't affect him. :?

I'll bet money on it Jan will be riding what ever he wants to ride.....they will just have to paint on the Giant name.

Agreed... I think all they need to hear is, "I don't think so" from Jan and they'll be figuring ways around it.

Giant was good enough for Laurent Jalabert who is arguably a better cyclist than Jan Ullrich and their timetrial bike at the tour this year is arguably one of the best by far.

Don't knock it until you try it, and Superlite the fact that you say he will break a Giant is complete bollocks. If you want to find one of the worst bikes in the peleton for breakages look no further than Bianchi to back this up read Roadbikereview.com and 2 of my teamates have cracked their EV2's

I rode my Giant alum for 3 year and it never came close to giving the ghost. I now own a carbon version as my nice light bike and a LOOK KX for training bike. The LOOK frame weight in at a hefty 1.9kg and the Giant 1.03. And believ it or not the Giant is the stiffest of the two. And comes with a 5 year warranty.

So don't write things that are are just biased dribble

A little voice told me that Team Telekom broke 8 (eight!) Pinarello Dogma this year at TDF. If they switched to Giant they've surely done their calculations.
But sincerely I admit I don't know anything about Giant's reliability...

Instead I know that Jan Ullrich is a bike maniac: he refused to ride Bianchi's carbon bike. So I'm looking forward to see what he will REALLY ride this year: a real Giant or a re-labeled bike?

Bye, Benz.
