Could somebody tell me a good way to take some weight off my bike. It is a 2002 NRS Air 18.5" . I replaced the tires with the Tioga Red Phoenix tubeless tires which are the lightest on the market. I want to do a few other things without draining the bank account.

Beside the Hayes brakes, the seat post and perhaps the saddle I don't see much potential to save weight.
