In addition to the usual suspects, I noted a few more of the big guns using the LWs. I saw them on Totschnig and Moreau to name two. They are catching!
If you got any for free I'll catch some too

I wonder what Lance will be riding today.... if he's really smart he'll use 12 spoke LW front and LW Disc rear....
But I don't know if Bontrager will allow him not to use Bonty's

Do you think they'll use disk for the uphill TT?

No, I don't think he will, but it would be smart if he did
The LW disc is so light it's still possible to make a 6.8 kg bike with it, and it can save some seconds on the first 1.5 flat kilometres, and on the climb as well....

While at first I thought a disc would be a bad choice, they average 22kph, the lack of acceleration during the climb would probably suit a disc.
What does the LW disc rear weigh?
Where in the wheel is the weight?

LW's disk/12-spoke front wheel set is ~1370g together...disk is ~900g for Campa. 100g less than Chibli.
I think it may me even more stiffer than normal LW rear wheel?
And they have now 1030g uphill wheelset...

I see a few guys used the new LW Alpe d'Huez set, "uphill only" printed in big red letters on the rims. The red flanges are also a dead giveaway

Any pic's of these anywhere? Never heard of this version. In fact, where is Lightweigt's website, anyone know?

What's the deal with these? Likely possibilities are a lighter braking surface area or something. Anyone know?
Also, are those cranks a bit darker
