I have spoken to both Flo and Frankie about this, and I think there is an agreement that there is a need for new mods on WWs.

I am happy to moderate here. Anyone else who is willing could perhaps also post to volunteer.

Frankie is also about to go away for a month!

I could also volunteer if you need me to. I spend enough time on here anyway-might as well do something to help out :D

Its "our" forum - so lets all decide on who we want to moderate it

I guess I see it as Florian's forum, kindly provided for WWs to use and enjoy.

I agree to some extend that it's Florian's forum, but isn't it just a little bit of every one of us posting and reading here?
That said I have noticed a huge growth of the forum over the last few years so maybe an extra mod or two would be good to help the existing mods out a bit as this isn't an easy task. I think the existing mods should descide if they need this and who they see fit for the job, but RTW you got my vote

Id welcome Frankie-B and Nikh's views on their current workload. As the site has mushroomed over the last 18 months.

If more mods are needed I think Florian, Frankie-B, Nikh and Martin should approach individuals rather than some free for all hands up contest.

Agree with Boonen and LJ: sure the Florian and the currents mods will find some good people to volunteer and help them if they consider some extra help is needed. It's still Florians forum, and it's our community (all forum members): there are enough great members that have been here for a long timen, have time to work as mod and have a great spirit towards all the WW members... they'll find good people and I will support their choice.

For your ease of mind: We already approached one member.

You might want to check the Mod team link.

I'm curious. Haven't seen a new mod in the Mod team link so far: http://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/groupcp.php?g=628

So, curious 'till it will be anounced so I can wish him good luck.

Rumour has it that it will be a longtime board member, whose name appeared in the WWotY thread - so someone must like them :P
