Sorry, I meant "Kloden" not Holden.

If Kloden was to be considered as a possible podium finisher...

...What is he like at the TT; because quite recently, most of the winners make up the time here.

a few years back, Kloden was hailed as the next Ullrich! Then he promotply disappeared again until this year. Don't know how his TTing has held up over the years. Guess we'll find out real soon.. ;)

After the last stage I dan't think Jan will make up that much time, GO LANCE!! Baring any unfortunate accidents Lance to win by at least 3.48.

cheers

Armstrong has had his bad days too....I wouldn't count Ullrich or Hamilton out just yet, and I wouldn't anoint Basso and Kloden after 1 stage. There's a lot of racing to go yet. But Armstrong does have a hell of a team.

What I'm reading doesn't sound good for Jan.

Mayo and Hamilton have suffered in the hills.
Could Basso challenge LA in the GC?

Ullrich's done.
Mayo/Hamilton are done.
Yes Basso can!
Good for Voeckler, what a heart.
USPS: what a team.

For Ulrich and Tyler? Next year! To Voeckler Chapeau. The kid's got a big heart. His perfroamcne yesterday is an object lesson never to give up. I'm full of admiration for him.

From Jan's website (translated freely):

Jan gave his all on Saturday, but it' wasn't good enough. He felt a lot better than Friday. Lance is truly supreme. Jan thinks he still suffers some of the after effects from the cold he had during the first week, but certainly does not want to use that as an excuse. he hopes to get better now with each passing day and looks forward to Monday's rest day.
Jan looks forward to the Alps with their less steep slopes, longer climbs and better asphalt, factors that suit him better then the steep Pyrenees.
He also congrats Klöden and thinks a top-3 in Paris is possible for Klöden.

Kämpfe bis zum Umfallen

Tagebuch in Zusammenarbeit mit T-Mobile

Hallo Fans,

Euer

Jan

Is Voigt really working for Basso to bring Jan back?

How can we beat LA when the contenders work against eachother?

Riis prefers to defend Basso's 2nd place behind Armstring rather than to let Lance do the work and risk being passed by Ullrich.....
Whow! That's a pretty damn nice garage door!
