No, they're Cosmic Carbones, and that is definitely a Scott. Are his cranks a different colour?

No his crancks are the new FSA MegaExo Pro silver anodised carbon with new special 10speed chainrings. The wheels are new unlabeled relabeled Cosmic carbon Lightweight clinchers
