Florian and I have tried to work out alot of the details. Shirts will be only in black to start, as only about 6 people wanted white.
The printer is working on the art. The yellow/orange band has been replaced with a white logo. The picture looks a little gold, but the actual orange is the same as the logo on the WW homepage.
We went with the heaviest nicest shirts. That will put the price in the U.S. around $12-$15 for active WW members. They will be more expensive in Europe, due to Florian having to pay international freight, import duties, VAT etc...
They should be finished in the next week or so.
On the picture, don't worry about the ghosting and pixelating. The original file is very large, and quality had to be removed to attach the picture.

Madcow, from the resizing it looks like there is some 'noise' info around the images you pasted on the shirt. I don't know if it's there in the original file or not but it might be a good idea to check before you get it printed as not every printer will remove it for you. (A good one will check for stuff like this, but the one I work with on occasion won't)
Again, don't know for sure if it's there, but you might want to check for it.

Thanks for that Boonen. The eps looks really good, I think the noise comes from taking a large eps and turning it into a 50kb gif. I know you have some good skills, so if you'd like to see the eps just let me know, I'll email it to you.

where do we stand on these?
About 200 of these are mostly done....Well at least everything except the sleeve print. The sleeve print is the hard part. The art was sized a little wrong for sleeves, so it is being redone. Hopefully the shirts will be completely done in just a couple more days.
