Thanks, but I'm looking for the lightest frame that I CAN BUY. Not trying to be rude, I do appreciate the info given, but none of those frames can be bought. So if you know any light weight frames I can buy please let me know. Thanks.

The Agresti U2 from BTP is light (900g) and the Scott C1 is also very light

Or try the Litespeed Ghisallo or TCR Once Carbon.

AFAIK the frame is commercially available.
Just contact the owner of Supersonic Systems Karl Durst (karldurst@freenet.de).

@nikh: Yes, the seatpost combination is his own development.

Well there is no other frame i know which is lighter, more solid, more stiff than the new Scott Cr1 team issue....i was waiting for such a frame a long time...there were alot of good ones on my mind but i always found something to criticize.

Now i got it ..and its mine...MINE mY PRECIOUS...(diabolic laughter)...

Man, that in-development seat/post combo looks scary uncomfortable, i dunno about you guys, I don't think I'd go anywhere near that thing...unless it cost about half as much as a AX-lightness

If money doesn't matter I would buy the Litespeed Ghisallo. Very light, lifetime warranty, nice look but I don't know anything about Stiffness (the Scott Cr 1 is very stiff with this small weight). And the horrable price...

have you looked at cannondale? that caad7 thing is pretty light, and balls-stiff.

Why don't you try a Cervelo R2.5 ? It seems to me they're making a good frame, very light (few grams more than Scott) and available in lots of sizes... They're keeping more than one eye on bike's geometry...

Bye, Benz.
