Nah the F-22 has vectored thrust but not the F-35A. The F-35B will be the STOVL (Short Takeoff Vertical Landing) like the Harrier so it will have vectoring thrust. The main nozzle will be able to swivel so that it points straight down and it will have a shaft driven fan mounted directly behind the cockpit that provides the vertical thrust to counter the thrust on the main nozzle and roll nozzles on the wings.

Only on family day or if you're a company photographer. But recently they started allowing people to have cell phones with built in cameras but the use of the camera feature is strictly prohibited. ...yeah....crazy policy.

I remember landing at this airport some years ago. I was looking out the window and the water was getting closer and closer and closer and omg pull up! then boom we hit the run way out of no where. I hate flying to start with but that landing was beyond scary.
- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

M, good thing you didn't see the Big mountain right in front of you on landing.

Ahhh that's right I had them switched around. The whole swivel nozzle engine is cool looking too. Looks like a maintanace nightmare though. Thanks for the info. I'm still trying to figure out how to put a T-56 on my bike.
