I got the lower carbon legs from Camria bicycle outfitter from CAlifornia in 1997. I bet that it was the lightest fork in 1997! I will post photos from the Storck as soon as get my digital camera from a friend. The real weight varies from 8,4kgs to 9,8kgs and depends on the wheels, tyres, brakes, seatpost-saddle etc. I have to change the setup often , especially the ulta light one, because it is too "sensitive" for some tracks in the difficult Greek mountains. Also when i maintain the fork i will take and post inside pictures from it.
Hi,
I just tried such a STYFF lowers on my rock shox judy and my Klein Adroit (1996) but I had a problem:
The carbon arch is hitting to bottom of the headset tube of the Klein at full compression?
You have the same problem?
I also did install the lowers to a regular bike with a regular headset (Ritchey headset) and same problem: the carbon arch of the STYFF lowers are hitting the bottom cup of the headset.
Any ideas of what I might have to change on the fork?

Try the vintage forum on MTBR. Apparently the company is still in business from what I gather, however they no longer make bike parts. Someone may have contact info or a solution. If you decide you don't want the lowers I would love them for a Klein project. Take it easy and good luck to you.
