Bolt shape is same as on Phillips screws. Nothing else different that tool hole, to hex.

Hate to nitpick, but let me get this straight:
the left one is allen, and the right one is hex, right?

If you want to split hairs they are both hex head bolts, but the one on the right is an external hex/ uses a spanner and the one on the left is internall hex/ uses a hex key.

The one on the left only becomes an Allen bolt if your hex key is made by the Allen tool company ;) but people will know what you are talkig about if you refer to the one on the left as an Allen head bolt.

The bolt is from a brand new Syntace stem, and has only been tightened once, *very* carefully, and with a high quality tool :)
