Crank Bros. for the road, anyone?

They are lighter than my VP252's but do they hold you in for sprinting?

Does anyone use them enough to know?
My time ATACs don't have a tension adjustment so I pull my foot if I used them for a road sprint.

Freddie Rodriguez uses the lighter 4 sided pedal.

i have them on my cyclocross bike
impossible to ride it on the road
it is like ice underneath your shoes :s
i hope he uses a 'changed' version of it!

I use the eggbeater on my roadbike and it works as good or even better than my old Look, i haven't had any problems yet.

Cesar Grajales of Jittery Joe's also uses them. You may remember him winning the stage up Brasstown Bald in the Tour de Georgia?
