Campa's catalogue shows only Record steel and Veloce are only options in that size. I could use alloy cassette if there are any well shifting one? Tiso seems to be not one.

Wheels are Lightweight's on Record cassette hub.

Is Record steel only real option?

Thanks, Samu

I would personally rate Tiso's cassette over the rest, but I also hear that Campag shifts better. I think if you have the system tuned perfectly, Tiso works perfectly.

I'm getting their Titanium Cassette on my new bike :D

I think I have to pass Tiso. I just don't want test it and then it may not work well...Then I have to stick on Campa?

Having 12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19 and 21-23 would be nice.

On time trials linear 12-19 would save seconds if wind is strong. And 12-23 would be nice on group rides.

I use 54 on TT and 53 on road. Sad that easyest and only now is to get Veloce. ~250g...but better pay weight penalty than lose speed. I think I will rob half cassette from my current Chorus (12-25) 12-17 and rest comes from Veloce IF Record can not be found....If I could buy some (4) alloy cassette rings from TA, Tiso etc 18-19-21-23...then I could use Chorus 12-25 cassette and have light, stong system? 12-17 are most used and on hardest loadet gears.

And in winter I could use those unuset 19-21-23-25 in my studdet cyclocross bike. In snow it's not very much use smaller gears than 39/19.

Is it bad idea?

You also have Cycle Dynamics Ti cassette wich you can customize and change cogs individually.
I've been waiting almost a month for mine...and still don't have it.

...maybe I'm not understanding the question properly. Are you asking whether the standard Record Ti/Steel 12-23 is available? If so, they are. I bought 2 about two months ago.

Yes, the Record 12-23 is commonly available, in steel + ti, not in all ti.

You can also make any custom range with Miche alloy, lighter and less expensive than ti, not so durable though.

Can Miche,TA, Tiso cassette ring get separately?

It would be easy to upgade Chorus 12-25 to 12-23 with 4 biggest rings, 18-19-21-23. May be not very expensive and should last for awhile...

You can always use Marchisio's. They're not superlight but shift well. And they can be combined any way you like. Price for a 10speed is around 100Eur

Miche cassette rings are available separately. There is a source here in Southern California, but from Finland I don't know the nearest dealer....ShockBike in Italy is good.

Since you're in Finland, I would recommend you contact Wiggle, in England:

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/?Manu=Miche

But just do a web search for "Miche cassette" or "Miche cassettes", you'll find stores in Belgium, France, Denmark, etc.
