I have read that Reynolds recommends Kool Stop Green pads with their rims. Do people who have Reynolds wheels agree with this or have they had more success with other pads.

What happens if you use your regular pads with carbon rims?

Thanks

I've heard that you can use regular pads with the Reynolds wheels. I use Campy carbon pads on mine. The Campy pads are terrible in the rain. I have the Kool Stop green pads on my Zero Gravity brakes but I haven't used them yet since I am still waiting on my frameset.

The pads that came with my 2004 Stratus wheels were grey.......seem to work fine with my Campy brakes.
