Soul kozak - AC 350 - CX RAY wheels

I want to build the following wheelset:

Soul Kozak hubs: 223g
AC 350 rims: 700g
Sapim cx-ray spokes: 24x28=260g 28x32=300g

Has anybody experienced with this hubs? they have a 2 year warranty so they should be 'trustable'.
Another doubt is number of spokes. Im a 70 kg rider and Im not sure if I should get:
24x28= 1183g
or 28 x32= 1223g
What is your experience?

Where do you intend getting your AMClassic CR350 rims from?

I have a pair if AM classic wheels (350 rims/AmClass hubs) which I bought from AMClassic direct and they won't even sell me a spare rim
to use if I happen to need one (I thought I would get one and keep it just in case!).

Anybody know where you can buy them unbuilt?

Here in spain they are sold under the 'Progress' brand and you can get single rims.
