Anyone purchased a powermeter from starbike?

I recently purchased a Quarq power meter from star bike but it only came with the crank arms. There is no power measuring crank spider with the crank arms.

No experience with Starbike, but seriously, unless you mistakenly bought replacement crank arms for a Quarq, then you need to be sending Starbike's customer service and email.

It is impossible to buy crank arms from quarq and what I received is this.

BTW, was the packaging opened or was it still sealed from Quarq?
(I already experienced once from a different online shop that the packaging of one of the item I ordered was opened and something was missing - most probably a return from another customer and the online shop did not check properly the return)

The box seems to be opened beforehand

what's really the question here? Contact their customer support and that's it. You'll return that and they'll ship you a new one complete and that's it...

sounds like a mistake. starbike will make you good again.
