The team at Velocolour went to extraordinary lengths to give it personal touches that were modern but respectful of the era. while I am not a fan of all of the details (blue chain and white spacers...yikes), the frameset and wheels were gorgeous!!

Agreed. I'm sure it is even more beautiful in person. Sure would put that frame to good use.

That looks great.

Mike @ Maestro has had one on his webpage for some time.

Love that Mapei.

^ Is the paint the same as PLAN just with Colnago in red font instead of black?

Looks like it. Just wish I could see what is on the other pages.

No, PLAN is an anthracite-like gunmetal grey. This new one (PLCV) is more like a primer grey, similar to the C60s UAE have been riding in the Tour but with red down tube font instead of white:

That bike was painted by Vélocolour https://www.instagram.com/velocolour/. They do a lot of Colnagos, including my EPS that's on here somewhere. Their work is top tier.

I see Colnago's website has been updated with these 2 new colour schemes.

Hmmm.... I was hoping for a little more tbh. The UAE team colours look smart and the Mapei scheme, well, I understand the appeal but it doesn't float my boat.

I was hoping for some brighter colour schemes for 2018 really.

That gray is looking a little nardo. Which is rad.

Still, not sure the new colors have included a new "best" compared to the last couple of years.

Thank you. In that picture it is much easier to see that PLCV is a much lighter grey then the PLAN.
