My newly built Litespeed Ghisallo, with complete Duraace and Reynolds Cirro wheels. And of course it's got a King headset!

My dean colonel can be found in the link in my signature, it's a MTB not a road bike.

My road rig:

Image

My old, faithful offroader is currently heavily worked on. It lost all its steel bolts and received Ti and Alu hardware (purple chainring bolts, bottle cage screws, and derailleur bolt for the chain tensioner). Last Sunday I polished the whole frame and gave it a new set of "old" Merlin stickers. The pic below was taken before my restoration project.

Collideous - Love the road rig. Assume you had the Reynolds fade on the forks custom painted? It looks really good.

No custom paint. It came like that from Litespeed back in 2000.

Nice touch. Got me thinking whether the colour and shine of titanium could be replicated on a carbon fork, or something very close.

Mine came with a fade paited fork as well, and when I got the new fork I was going to paint the fade again and order spare decals. After thinking about it, the Titanium and pint would never be a right match, so I letf it off. Part of the lure and beauty of Titanium and Carbon to me is it looks good in it nude state.

Have you seen these? A brochure came with some Italian product I bought. Some beautiful work there!

Viper - I like the fade on yours as well. With a carbon fork it just looks too abrupt in carbon.

Popawheelie - I've seen that picture as well. In fact I have it my gallery. It's Paduano I think.

2002 Siena. 10s Dura-Ace, Ksyrium SL3, Speedplay Stainless, FSA carbon bars, SLR saddle
Some time this month I'll have the SLX fork added on.
Every year I plan to buy a Ghisallo frame, but this is too nice of a ride to let go....
