How to improve Weight Weenies
i think you should add the Google sitesearch feature. No doubt google will do a better search job than the current search engine. it saves me from having to go to google and enter: rear derailleur site:weightweenies.starbike.com

I just tried this just to see how it works, but do you really prefer to search ww's like that? Just wondering what would be the benefit, looks pretty complicated to me
@Madcow: that's a good tip to remember! Nothing like searching 30 page threads

whats about a cyclocross frame listing.
it wouldnt be hard to add it as an option to the current search feature, that way both could be done if you werent finding a thread youve seen before.
related----im pretty sure google gives you a small amount of money for every time their sarch bar gets used from your page, as long as youre registered with them.

Have you noticed somethings is wrong with the quoting?
Yes, the quoting doesn't seem to work like it should. I thought it was my computer, but since you also noticed it ...
edit: LJ wrote that if you remove the name from the quote "="username" " then it works, as you see it does work.

It's a confirmed bug in the new phpBB 2.0.20, to which I updated yesterday:
http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=380755
I've installed a semi-official temporary fix, the problem should be solved now.
If you run into any other strange behaviour of the forum, let me know.

Well, it looks like it works again now Thanks for keeping us up to speed Florian! I think most people (including me ) don't have a clue of all the work you do maintaining the forum. Thanks
