Here is a look at my new bike. I will list the parts soon.
I built this up to commute to work in the near future and have fenders on it right now.
I need to get rid of the forks for sure, the seat post, seat, bar and the rest can stay. The running gear is 105 with Gossamer Mega Exo cranks. Not the lightest cranks but very stiff.
New bike finally built up

that looks good, at first i thought it was a proto cervelo before i read your post. btw how much does it weigh?
Right now it weighs a ton. I think before I put the fenders on it was just over 20lbs. I want to get this down to around 18 where I think it shoud be. I built it up pretty quickly and forgot to actually record the frame weight. I think it was around 1540g. Not light by any means but the fork is a tank and that is going to change pretty quickly. I would love to get an Easton fork but probably will go with a Winwood with an aluminum steerer. I think they are around 690g. Budget will only allow me to go with something like that. I do like the Alpha Q fork as well but again money.
