There looks to be a wire going into the rear mech from the top of the chainstay.
Theres also a wire coming from the chainstay up to whatever is mounted on the seatstay... Looks like they are using a version of the D Fly to communicate from the shifters...

I'm intruiged by the mounting for the RD, it looks similar to the direct mount system introduced for mountain bikes
It also looks like there could be the integrated power meter which was spotted on some of FDJ's bikes on the crank, the small box just above the crank arm.
