Why would anyone care what another person wears?
Unless you have personal and direct vested interested in whether an athlete/celebrity wears a product of your company/brand that you own or work for, why the heck would you care what another person wears?

It's their life. Their choice. Their factors (sponsorship).

Focus on your own presentation, your own choices, and just ride your damn bike.

Also agree with Tinea and Prendrefeu. Making sure you're safe is of importance, the brand of clothes you wear less so. I thought I'd left this phase after highschool.

There was a video on youtube, now deleted, of Nibali giving a gift to Sagan; Sagan looked but gave it back, Nibali asked to open it and show everyone. It was a shaver!
