Nice. I always thought the Zero 100 Team stem had a slight downward angle to it but here it looks like it's parallel to the ground.

The stem angle to the ground depends on the head tube angle. In this case it seems the stem goes downwards at most 1 mm from back to front, so head tube angle must be 70+ degrees. Should the head tube angle be exactly 70 degrees, then the stem will be exactly parallel to the ground.

Weight includes pedals (heavy but absolutely reliable), bottle cages and SRM head unit. M10 are not the lightest frames, and SRM adds almost 160 grams to the total weight.

A couple upgrades and one tweak

1. Switched from Shamal Ultra to Bora Ultra 50. Accordingly, switched from Veloflex Corsa 23 to Veloflex Carbon 23 (I know, these rims are wider and I'd have installed Arenbergs 25 instead, but they are still on the way)
2. Handlebar. It was Deda Zero 100 RHM, switched to Deda Zero 100 Deep. Finally the correct reach and height I needed.
3. New headset top cap only 4 mm stack, lower than the Colnago 8 mm stack. Now I can get my desired saddle to handlebar drop.

I like it!!

Fantastic job. And a wildly underrated frame. I regret selling mine almost daily.

Yes I agree with you. AFAIK every team that raced this Giant made frame always preferred this model to any other Italian made frame. That includes the V1-R, which isn't better (but in finishes) than the M10.
