that's not slammed, it still has the standard headset cover, there's one at less than half the height

Still slammed.....it's about the spacers and not the original headset cover.

Ah, I thought it is about having the stem as close to the upper edge of the headtube......

I just took delivery of a 5 mm Acros headset cover for my Canyon

The bearing adjustment mechanism under the stem is than replaced by a system a la Cannondale

BTW, a Canyon in the US ?

WHAT!?!?!?

That's exactly what I need as even with a -17 120mm it still feels too high somehow. How much is it for this headset cover? Do you have any pictures of it on your bike?

Don't know what's scarier, the stem angle or the saddle angle!

Slammed!

On my current bike I'm using longer reach classic bend bars instead of compact shape, so the hoods are at the same height but the tops and are about 20mm higher. Much better that way IMO.

Long shot here....but I won't put money on it. Maybe its for downhills set up aero for 120kph+ speeds. The saddle is tilted up to compensate for balls evacuating their normal location for safer ground higher up in the fold.
