Hi we've just strapped a few bits onto a Ghisallo to use as a test bike
Ghisallo frame size medium
Easton Carbon EC90SLX fork
Chris King Titanium headset
Record Ultra Ergo's,Mechs,Calipers and 11/21 cassette
KMC 10SL Chain
Lightweight Obermeyers
Evo Tubs
Deda Alnera Italia bar/stem combo
WR seatpost and skewers
San Marco composite saddle
The new Time ASX Titan Chainset 52/39
the final build weight was 12.54lbs we could get it much lighter with a few more exotic bits but we think it looks and works well as it is,hope you like.

Wow :shock: , I love that bike. Stunning weight, without going for the absolutely lightest (see brakes, bar/stem, etc.).

I very much like the shape of the "Italia" version of the Alanera. Furthermore, nothing to add, close to the perfection. A bit more colour coördination would have been good though.

You said "test bike"? How come? Are you a shop owner, tester, racer... ?

VEry nice Alan.

I like the spec on the bike and would love to get my hands on the '06 Ghisallo. As Casran said, I also like the 'Italia' version of the Alanera. Never seen this before on shallow classic. Nice.

How do the Time ASX feel under foot?

Hi thanks for the input and replies,Casran, thought i'd cracked the colour coordination with the graphics on the chainset,forks,bars and saddle even the bit red on the tubs my photo isn't the best at showing this,the Italia bars are a little bit scarce but we do quite a lot of them and they work really well,nice and stiff and more comfortable because of the Shallow
Pro bend,and yes we are a shop we specialise in bespoke builds and we do quite a few so we have access to most top end bits and bobs often before they are released (time chainset) basically so we can test them out and make sure they are ok ie they actually work and that also helps to make sure that the right bits are built on the right builds.The Ghisallo is basically like i said a test bike alot of people we find have already formed an opinion about a product/frame even though they never actually ride or use the stuff in particular the Ghisallo so they can come along and give it a go.The Time Chainset is very stiff and gives a very good feel when in use basically it feels very direct in terms of power transfer and is light which is an added bonus.
Flossie,Stockport ain't that far away,one go and you'll be converted.
Added my workhorse on the post,commuting feel's that much better now.

I'm not coming to Durham under any circustances.... It would cost me a fortune and probably my marriage!

Just push some air into those Vittoria tubs and get them rolling. :D
Very sweet one. You're actually make me regret the "Italia" Alanera's didn't allready exist when I got my bike. :oops:

That is the sweetest ghisallo i've ever seen. it looks very aggresive and not passive like others with curved forks.

Hi thank's for that,in each build we do we try to make the bike not only have a unique visual impact but also the most important factor is,for us, the enjoyment factor that the owner get's every time he or she rides the bike.Speaking of build's, have posted a picture of today's toys.
