As someone else said earlier today,

"you guys are going to make me go and rob a bank"

However I'm picking up my Scott on Sat.
Very nice bike, do you have weights?

:P it wosn't soooo expensive. i got nearly all the parts for reduced prices. normaly it would be 9'000$. i paid maybe the half price for all togehter.

but who talks about the price. we enjoye to have a nice (light) bike...

the weight is +/- 6900g. i'll get the original lightweight-wheels in 1 or 2 month and then it will be by 6600g. we wanna see....

Really nice bike! How much does it weigh in at? 6900g seems kinda heavy for it. Looks very clean, all the parts loonk like they belong on the bike.

In the future PLEASE don't do seperate posts for each picture, they can all be posted on the same post.

Very nice..!

I see that you're using the FSA Compact crank. Is that the 50-34 setup? What cassette are you using in the back? How do you feel about the gear spread compared to a regular 53-39 setup?

older 5900 just don't build up very light. I used to work in one of the biggest Trek retailers in the country and 6900 gm for a 5900 is gossamer light. The older forks with the alu steerers were tanks and those frames had the 1.25 diameter lower steerer, with the press set HS cup.

I'd like to know you're opinion about that too ... I am currently using a regular 53-39 setup and i think those front rings are just a little too big so i am thinking of switching to a 50-38 setup or buying a compact cranckset.

Great looking ride! I really like the black & white color scheme. Also interested in you feedback on the Compact Pro. Mine is on backorder and I hope to see it in a week or two.
Just because you are not paranoid doesn't mean we aren't out to get you.
