Thanks

I have the darker ones & yes they are just stickers. So they are removable.

Also had a quick look at a set on the weekend, and can confirm that they are just sticker decals.

Even better, the decals between the graphics and the branding / labels are seperate, so you can do away with those arrow looking bits, but still keep the 'Fulcrum' and 'Racing Zero' decals on either side of the wheel without cutting any decals, if that is more to your taste than a completely unbranded wheel.

The set I looked at had the normal machined braking surface, rather than the new Plasma coated braking surface and admittedly, I am unsure as to whether that changes anything.

Hi Pottsy and Dirty32

Thank you for your replys.

I dislike the arrows on the wheels and those were exactly the ones that I would remove :-)

@Pottsy - Could I please ask for your take on the wheels?

Only just saw this now.
I got the Zeros as they were going to be a filler wheel until I decided on what carbon hoops to get. But they have been that good for me I haven't bothered looking for new wheels.
I have had no issues with them, so I cant complain.

Will probably keep them on for a while, then eventually get some Xentis or Enve rims built up & keep the Zeros as spares.

Is the rear wheel really 27mm wide? If so what width tires are you running?

FRZ is still the same width. Not 27mm.

Ok because every review Ive read has stated that its 27mm and even Fulcrums on website says that its 27mm (http://racingzero.fulcrumwheels.com/en, I think the 27/30 is a typo). Anyone that has the wheel that could measure?

I think you mean the depth, not the width :P

You are right they messed up the specs on that page between heighth and width

They are 26 and 30 mm high that I am sure

The width has been increased on the low-budget Racing 5 and 7 "LG" so I would not be surprised they went with wide rim too. 27mm sounds a lot for the rear. 23mm for the front is possible although I thought they had kept the 15 internal - 20.5 external width

PS: aren't the old Racing zero 23mm deep on front and 27 mm deep on rear?? it suggests to me that they have two versions of the wheels??? sounds stupid, one pair with 23f-27r and another with 26-30 :| :| :| :| :|

EDIT: It still says "15C" which is what they call "narrow tire" width. (15mm internal - 20.5 mm at brake track)

The carbon version (I didn't know about that one!!) is 17C: 17 internal, 24.2 at brake track

Racing 5 et 7 "LG" are also 17C I guess it is a matter of time before they do a wide rim for the Fulcrum.

As far as I understand it Fulcrum says its 30mm high and 27mm wide for the rear wheel.

This is all very confusing :noidea:

https://www.bike-components.de/fr/Fulcr ... 15-p40291/

Breite means Width

This website lists the same confusing width of the fulcrum page

I think it is a mistake because everyone would have talked about that otherwise

This italian website got it completely wrong because of Fulcrum document

Ive just emailed Fulcrum to get some sort of correct measurements.
15C and 27mm just doesnt go together so something is wrong :)
