Hi All,
Please find my attempt at a "budget" version to replicate the 2012 Cervelo S5 Garmin-Sharp Team Edition. It's coming in around 16lbs and I am sure I could get it lighter with a few adjustments to the kit. Hope you enjoy and will post additional pics soon!
Build:
2012 Cervelo S5 Team - 56cm
3T Arx Pro Stem 120
3T Ergonova Bars 42cm
SRAM Rival Kit
FSA SLK Crankset 50/34
Reynolds Strike 66 CC
Speedplay Stainless Zeros
Fizik Antares Team
Fizik Tape
Barfly 2 Mount
Garmin Edge 500 (Blue)

Nice bike!

As a side note; I don´t see the replica part. If I recall correct Garmin used Shimano Di2, Rotor cranks and Mavic wheels in 2012. But that doesn´t change the fact that you got yourself a sweet ride (especially if you had tight budget restrictions).
Current:
S-Works SL8 RTP (build in progress) | Diverge Comp Carbon

Retired:
S-Works SL7 | S-Works Venge | Ultimate CF SLX Mk IV | Ultimate CF SLX Mk III | S5 | R3 | Cento | ...

Not really much on the replica vein, sorry. You've got a nice looking bike (I've always been a fan of Cervelos), but to be a replica, you'd need a completely different drivetrain (from the pedals all the way to the wheels). You could get away with using Ultegra Di2, as Garmin Sharp used Ultegra for a while on smaller races, when they ran out of 7970, but before they got their hands on 9070.

Also, do you think you can post some more photos? Thanks!

I agree it is not a true replica but my attempt to get somewhat close ;)
I will try to post more pics later.
