ENVE Seatpost cap

I am building a ISP cappy using enve seatpost hardware. Can someone with and enve seatpost measure the ID of the hole the clamping hardware sits in and its width? Enve sold me the hardware but didnt tell me the dimensions.

I realized that I also need to know not just the diameter but also the width of the hole (from one side to the other) too in order to get the correct tube length. Would really appreciate if someone could post that.

The clamp OD is bulged at the ends where you may have been measuring...curious what the actual ID is. A 30.9mm seatpost will not fit inside the hole.
I need to buy some calipers.
