Just noticed that the 2015 Cannondale Black Inc Evo ships with a Fabric ALM saddle. Google tells me that it weighs 120g and is made from "3d titanium printing"...all sounds very interesting, and looks great, but has anyone tried one out?

Interesting design, and the craftsmanship looks amazing. Might have to try this. Bet they could produce a sub 100g version without that padding.

Thought they'd given up on the Ti rails as it was stronger lighter if made from carbon.

September release was my understanding

I saw these earlier in the catalogue too, look pretty slick. Wonder if they will use cannondale's vast dealer network and provide demo programs at bike shops.

Looking into it a bit more, it seems that they are in fact carbon - and buffalo leather. Hmm. Earlier editions were Ti, but they have been revised to carbon. Still very nice looking. I'd be interested to give them a go.

Looks nice, but two important questions remain. First, how much will it cost? Second, and more importantly, will it blend?

Or third, with so much unsupported shell is it going to do the same thing as the Fizik Kurve and break all the time? Hope not, but seems like something only time will tell.

Please post a review when you've given it a few rides. I like the idea of this saddle....

I contacted CSG and they confirmed the ALM Crb Ultimate BLK BLK will be here approx. 1st week of September

ALM Crb Ultimate BLK GRN & ALM Crb Ultimate WHT BLK will be available end of September.

At one point there was also a 'store' on the Fabric website which suggests they will be selling direct to.

Company looks related to Charge, because of the Scoop saddle.
