Dt SpokeCalc and Wheelpro spokecalc giving different results

Well then I'm stuck. The tension seems way too low to do 2x on both sides, radial NDS is out due to the tension changes, and 1xDS may cause a flange break. I'm still planning 12x12, not 16:8. 1xDS still seems the least bad option to me.

FWIW, I put a couple thousand miles on those hubs (before selling the bike) with 50mm rims -- 2x/2x rear (24h). No issues. 130kgf rear (DS), if I remember right. At ~78 kg I am not especially light -- and was not gentle to those wheels.
