Oooo ... this should be good. Please tell us what the rear max tire clearance? I have read read about the fork (28mm tire clearance report).
I like the white scheme and cannot wait to see your final build.

Right now I'm thinking a 25 on a wide rim should be good front and rear. A 28 on a wide rim should work in the front but I do not think it will work in the rear.

54cm
1143 is for the frame with every last little piece on it. I am assuming at least 100g for the BB since it is greased up.
I would guesstimate 970-980 for a painted frame with nothing on it.

Didn't know that you could use any pf30 bb for bbright
The only issue that makes a pf30 a bit special for bbright is the need for a longer connecting tube between the two side of the pf30 bb. That would prevent water ingress into the back side of the bearings. So a normal pf39 with a shorter connecting tube might have a gap where water can enter. Its not a big deal. The bearing cups are the same.

Swapped out the stock saddle for my Romin. The hockey tape is awesome on the bars. I swapped the stem from a -20 to a -16 for now. I thought I could live without my KCNC funny rings but I didn't last a week without them.
The weight is up right now but should come way down when I get my tubulars back from the shop this week. I still need to decide what direction to go with the crank, it will be one of the most important parts in pushing the build to 6kg.
