Got my 30,9mm Smud clamp. Needed to rotate it and aply carbon paste to avoid the seatpost slipping. I have asked Piotr if he could anodise the aluminum insert black as that would make it even more cool.

I have replaced my 3T Ergonova Stealth handlebar with a Zipp SL. The smooth curve of the drops fits my hands much better. I know it's a total mix up with Zipp bars, 3T stem and Enve seatpost. Thinking if I should change the stem to a Zipp Service Course SL but it might be too blank, but the non-SL is not that nice. If they just made a SL that was less blank. Was thinking if I should remove the decals on the seatpost to make it less obvious, never liked those big Enve de als anyway.

I'll never get sick of looking at this.

Was lucky to find a lightly used Zipp Service Course stem with a matching Tilquist Garmin mount. Bolt have been changed for titanium and the total weight is 147g. For comparison the 3T setup is 145g and went on my wifes bike. It just a much better match.

Great build. How were you able to match the original fork so closely? Did you purchase decals?

The decals is from a sheet of decals form a UK Ebayer. The fork was sanded, then painted black, the decals applied and then given some layers of matte clear coat. The fork is actually a bit too matte as the paint shop applied too many layers. The finish is not as robust as the original but it can always be painted again. It cost me about 80€.

The wind knocked my bike over and scratched the RD which must have been a sign to upgrade to 11 speed :D I went for a 12-28 Dura Ace cassette to get a nice gear for extended climbs. I also removed a bit of the graphics on the stem

Did you change the levers too, or just the derailleurs?

Just the derailleurs. He is running:

Did those 220km and didn't notice any difference compared to the old setup.

Hey Anders.

Great bike. Love the 303's. I have a 60cm CAAD10 too, waiting to be built up. Not sure whether to stay with this size, or go for a 58 with a longer stem and seatpost.

How tall are you please? And how do you find the fit of the 60? You're running a 110mm stem, right?

Thanks.
