CBJ appears to have his head on straight. He has prioritized spending money on bikes, and chosen to put them in the bedroom, rather than spending more money to have a bigger residence in which he could have a dedicated bike room, but not have as good (many, much or whatever) bike stuff to put in it. Actually, there may be another way of looking at it - it's not that CBJ keeps his bikes in the bedroom, but that he sleeps in the bike room.
I used to keep my bike in the garage - when I was 14 years old and had a total piece of garbage bike. When I got a better, but what would now be considered to still be lame bike at age 15, I kept it inside where it belonged - out of UV rays and dew. My current rides don't do garages, dig?

What the heck is going on that you have "dew" and UV rays in your garage? Mine are staying in my habitable garage where I can gleefully ride them out the giant roll up door.

I'm married. I actually do stuff in the bedroom that involves another person. No bikes involved.

You should go for a 3-way.

THE APOLOGY (SEASON 9, EPISODE 9)
George demands an apology from Jason Hanke over an old dispute.
Jerry learns the difference between good naked and bad naked. Kramer installs a disposal in his shower. Elaine’s co-worker fears her germs, and Puddy admits he’s a germ-o-phobe as well. James Spader guest stars.
Who remembers the bicycle maintenance scene?
